摘要
目的探讨糖尿病患者应用全程健康教育模式对其护理质量及血糖水平影响。方法将2019年1月—2020年7月在该院进行治疗68例糖尿病患者进行分组,采用随机数表法将其分为研究组与对照组,各34例,采用常规护理干预患者为对照组,采用全程健康教育模式患者为研究组,比较两组患者干预前后血糖水平变化情况、护理质量、自我管理能力、生活质量情况。结果干预后研究组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平与对照组患者相比较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者健康知识知晓率、自我管理有效率、血糖控制率与对照组患者相比较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者血糖监测、饮食、运动、足部护理、遵医嘱用药评分较对照组患者高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者躯体疼痛、社会功能、心理功能、生理职能、情感职能评分与对照组患者相比有显著差异,研究组患者生活质量较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全程健康教育模式对提高糖尿病患者护理质量及自我管理能力,改善患者血糖水平发挥积极作用。
Objective To explore the effect of applying the whole-course health education model to patients with diabetes mellitus on their nursing quality and blood glucose level.Methods A total of 68 diabetic patients who were treated in the hospital from January 2019 to July 2020 were divided into groups and divided into study group and control group by random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.Patients with routine nursing intervention were used as the control group,with the whole-course health education model as the research group,and compare the changes in blood glucose levels,nursing quality,self-management ability,and quality of life between the two groups of patients before and after intervention.Results After the intervention,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The health knowledge awareness rate,self-management effective rate,and blood sugar control rate of patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of blood glucose testing,diet,exercise,foot care,and medication compliance in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physical pain,social function,psychological function,physiological function and emotional function of the study group were significantly different from those of the control group.The quality of life of the study group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole-course health education model plays a positive role in improving the quality of care and self-management of diabetic patients,and improving the blood glucose level of patients.
