综合性护理在乳腺癌合并糖尿病患者围术期的应用

Application of Comprehensive Nursing Care in the Perioperative Period of Patients with Breast Cancer and Diabetes

目的分析乳腺癌合并糖尿病围术期的护理措施及效果。方法选择2019年3月—2020年7月60例乳腺癌合并糖尿病为研究对象,以随机单双号将纳入样本分组,30例给予围术期一般护理记作对照组,30例给予围术期综合护理记作研究组,对比分析护理效果差异性。结果术前,两组空腹、餐后2 h血糖水平之间对比,差异无统计学意义(t=0.139、0.146,P>0.05)。术后3 d,研究组空腹、餐后2 h血糖水平与对照组对比,差异有统计学意义(t=4.638、4.174,P<0.05)。经统计,研究组并发症发生率2例(6.67%)低于对照组10例(33.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.667,P<0.05);研究组各项护理质量评价指标评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.104、5.562、5.221、5.438,P<0.05);研究组各项护理满意度评价指标得分均比对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(t=3.408、3.739、4.305、4.262,P<0.05)。结论针对乳腺癌合并糖尿病患者,于围术期施行综合护理,可更好改善患者血糖水平,最大程度降低手术相关并发症,提高患者护理满意度和手术治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the perioperative nursing measures and effects of breast cancer combined with diabetes.MethodsFrom March 2019 to July 2020,60 cases of breast cancer with diabetes mellitus were selected as the research objects.The samples were grouped by random odd and even numbers.30 cases were given perioperative general care and recorded as the control group,and 30 cases were given perioperative comprehensive Nursing was recorded as the research group,and the difference in nursing effect was compared and analyzed.Results Before surgery,there was no significant difference in blood glucose levels between the two groups on an empty stomach and 2 h after a meal(t=0.139,0.146,P>0.05).Three days after the operation,there was a statistically significant difference in blood glucose levels between the study group and the control group on an empty stomach and 2 h after a meal(t=4.638,4.174,P<0.05).According to statistics,the incidence of complications in the study group was lower in 2 cases(6.67%)than in the control group(33.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.667,P<0.05);the evaluation indexes of nursing quality in the study group were all higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.104,5.562,5.221,5.438,P<0.05);the study group had higher scores of nursing satisfaction evaluation indicators than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.408,3.739,4.305,4.262,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with breast cancer and diabetes,comprehensive care during the perioperative period can better improve the patient's blood sugar level,minimize surgery-related complications,and improve patient care satisfaction and surgical treatment effects.
