探讨糖尿病护理小组在糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果

Discussion on the Application Effect of Diabetes Nursing Team in the Nursing of Diabetic Patients

目的探讨糖尿病护理小组在糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果。方法选择2018年3月—2020年1月该院接受治疗与护理的96例糖尿病患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,其中对照组48例施以普通糖尿病护理,观察组48例施以糖尿病小组科学护理。对比两组护理前后血糖指标变化、并发症发生概率、生活质量与心理状态评分。结果护理前,两组患者空腹血糖值、生活质量评分、餐后2 h血糖值、心理状态评分、糖化血红蛋白,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者空腹血糖值、餐后2 h血糖值、糖化血红蛋白水平均优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理后出现并发症的概率为6.25%,高于对照组(33.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组患者护理后生活质量评分、心理状态评分均优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者实施糖尿病护理小组方案,能够使其不同血糖指标处于理想状态,降低其并发症发生概率,改善其生活质量和心理状态。

Objective To explore the application effect of diabetes care team in the care of diabetic patients.Methods Selected 96 diabetic patients who received treatment and care in the hospital from March 2018 to January 2020 as the research objects,and divide them into two groups according to the random grouping method,of which 48 cases in the control group received general diabetes care and 48 cases in the observation group received scientific care to the diabetes group.Compared the changes of blood glucose index,the probability of complications,the quality of life,and the scores of psychological status between the two groups before and after nursing.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in fasting blood glucose,quality of life score,2 h postprandial blood glucose value,mental state score,and proportion of glycosylated hemoglobin between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after nursing,the fasting blood glucose value,2 h postprandial blood glucose level and the proportion of glycosylated hemoglobin of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group had a 6.25%probability of complications after nursing,which was higher than the control group(33.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after nursing,the observation group was better than the control in terms of quality of life score and mental state score,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the diabetes care group program for diabetic patients can make their different blood glucose indicators in an ideal state,reduce the probability of their complications,and improve their quality of life and psychological state.
