专科护理干预在子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病围术期中的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of Specialty Nursing Intervention in the Perioperative Period of Uterine Fibroids Complicated with Diabetes

目的探讨专科护理干预对子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病围术期护理效果的影响。方法选择2019年1月—2020年3月期间在该院行子宫肌瘤剔除术的82例子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病患者,随机分为对照组(40例)和专科护理组(42例)。对照组常规实施术前血糖控制、术后切口管理等围术期护理措施,专科护理组在对照组基础上增加专科护理干预,对比两组围术期及预后血糖变化,同时观察两组康复速度及术后并发症情况。结果专科护理组术后排气时间(30.02±7.52)h、下床活动时间(29.03±10.38)h、自主排尿时间(46.03±5.27)h和住院时间(4.16±1.02)d显著低于对照组(38.06±8.57)h、(40.25±9.68)h、(58.03±6.78)h、(5.85±1.68)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。专科护理组术后并发症发生率7.14%(3/42)显著低于对照组25.00%(10/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论专科护理干预可有效提升患者围术期血糖控制水平,同时缩短康复进程,降低患者并发症风险,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To explore the effect of specialist nursing intervention on the perioperative nursing effect of uterine fibroids complicated with diabetes.Methods The 82 patients with uterine fibroids and diabetes who underwent uterine myomectomy in the hospital from January 2019 to March 2020 were randomly divided into a control group(40 cases)and a specialist care group(42 cases).The control group routinely implemented perioperative nursing measures such as preoperative blood sugar control and postoperative incision management.The specialist nursing group added specialist nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The perioperative and prognostic blood glucose changes of the two groups were compared,and the recovery speed of the two groups was observed And postoperative complications.Results The postoperative exhaust time(30.02±7.52)h,the time to get out of bed(29.03±10.38)h,the spontaneous urination time(46.03±5.27)h and the hospitalization time(4.16±1.02)d in the specialist nursing group were significantly lower than those in the control group(38.06±8.57)h,(40.25±9.68)h,(58.03±6.78)h,(5.85±1.68)d,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative complications rate of 7.14%(3/42)in the specialist nursing group was significantly lower than 25.00%(10/40)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Specialized nursing intervention can effectively improve the perioperative blood glucose control level of patients,shorten the rehabilitation process,reduce the risk of complications,and have high clinical application value.
