摘要
目的研究番石榴叶乙醇提取物的化学成分。方法利用硅胶柱色谱、中压液相色谱、高效液相色谱等色谱技术对番石榴叶乙醇提取物的成分进行分离纯化,通过波谱数据分析,鉴定化合物的结构。结果从番石榴叶中共分离鉴定10个化合物,分别为:guajadial(1)、psiguajadial G(2)、guajadial C(3)、psiguajadial E(4)、physcion(5)、4-methoxy-6-phenyl-2 H-pyran-2-one(6)、(6 S,8 R)-loliolide(7)、teuhetenone A(8)、(R)-(-)-mellein methyl ether(9)、2-羟基苯甲酸苄酯(10)。结论化合物1~4为混源萜类化合物,化合物5~10为首次从番石榴中分离得到。利用X-射线单晶衍射方法对化合物1和7的绝对构型进行了确证。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of ethanol extract of Psidium guajava leaves.Methods The ethanol extract of P.guajava leaves was isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography,medium pressure liquid chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography.The structures of the compounds were identified by spectral data analysis.Results Ten compounds were isolated and identified from the leaves of P.guajava including guajadial(1),psiguajadial G(2),guajadial C(3),psiguajadial E(4),physcion(5),4-methoxy-6-phenyl-2 H-pyran-2-one(6),(6 S,8 R)-loliolide(7),teuhetenone A(8),and(R)-(-)-mellein methyl ether(9),2-hydroxyl benzyl benzoate(10).Conclusion Compounds 1~4 were meroterpenoids.Compounds 5~10 were isolated from P.guajava for the first time.The absolute configurations of compounds 1 and 7 were confirmed by X-ray single crystal diffraction.
