高效液相色谱-质谱联用技术在蛋白质检测中的应用

摘要 随着科学的进步,质谱从一种用来分析有机化合物的分子量和结构的强有力工具发展成了可以应用于生物大分子分析的必不可少的技术。近些年来,将具有强大分离能力的高效液相色谱-质谱联用技术(HPLC-MS)发展迅猛,有着高灵敏度、高分辨率、专属性强等优点,在食品分析、药品分析、生物样品等中有着广泛的应用。本文对高效液相色谱-质谱联用技术在蛋白质组学方面与蛋白质的定性定量分析方面进行了综述。 With the development of science,mass spectrometry has developed from a powerful tool for the analysis of molecular weight and structure of organic compounds to an indispensable technology for the analysis of biological macromolecules.In recent years,the combination of high performance liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS),which has strong separation ability,is developing rapidly.It has the advantages of high sensitivity,high resolution and strong specificity.It has been widely used in analysis of food,drug,biological samples and so on.In this paper,we reviewed the proteomics and qualitative and quantitative analysis of proteins by HPLC-MS.
