正交试验联合星点设计优化苋黄洗剂提取工艺

摘要 目的优化苋黄洗剂的提取工艺。方法通过正交试验联合星点设计-响应面分析法,考察以浸泡时间、加水量、煎煮次数、煎煮时间为考察因素,以苦参碱和盐酸小檗碱含量为测定指标,考察各因素对苋黄洗剂提取工艺的影响。结果最终优化方案选择为浸泡20 min,8倍加水量,煎煮2次,每次2 h。结论该方法提取苋黄洗剂合理、可行,可用于常规化生产。 Objective To optimize the extraction process of Xianhuang Lotion.Methods Through the orthogonal experiment design and the central composite design-response surface methodology,the influence of various factors on the extraction process of Xianhuang Lotion was investigated by the testing factors of soaking time,water amount,decocting times and decocting time,and the content of matrine and berberine hydrochloride as the indexes.Results The final optimization plan was to soak 20 min,8 times the amount of water,and decocted 2 times,2 h per time.Conclusion The extraction method is reasonable and feasible,and can be used for routine production.
