静脉滴注头孢曲松致迟发型剥脱性皮炎及合理性分析

Pharmaceutical analysis of ceftriaxone induced delayed exfoliative dermatitis

本文报道1例静脉滴注头孢曲松致迟发性剥脱性皮炎的不良反应,并且回顾性分析公开发表的头孢曲松致迟发性剥脱性皮炎的不良反应报道,从相关性、不良反应特点、合理用药和应对处置等方面进行总结性分析。结果显示,头孢曲松致迟发性剥脱性皮炎情况并不罕见,由于发病时间滞后,易被临床所忽视。此外,对于头孢类药物的皮试,仍存在不规范的操作,值得引起广大医务人员的重视。

A case of delayed exfoliative dermatitis induced by intravenous ceftriaxone was reported in this paper,and a retrospective analysis of the published adverse reaction reports of delayed exfoliative dermatitis induced by ceftriaxone was conducted.Summative analysis was conducted from the aspects of correlation,adverse reaction characteristics,rational drug use and response and disposal.The results showed that the delayed exfoliative dermatitis caused by ceftriaxone was not uncommon,and it was easily neglected in clinic due to the lag of onset time.In addition,the skin test of cephalosporins is still not standard operation,which deserves the attention of the majority of medical personnel.
