长脉冲Nd:Yag激光联合伊曲康唑治疗甲真菌病的疗效观察

Effect of Nd:Yag laser combined with itraconazole in the treatment of onychomycosis

目的评价长脉冲Nd:Yag激光联合伊曲康唑治疗甲真菌病的效果。方法将80例甲真菌病患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各40例。对照组给予伊曲康唑冲击治疗,研究组给予长脉冲Nd:Yag激光和伊曲康唑冲击治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后临床疗效、真菌学疗效以及甲癣严重程度指数(OSI)。结果对照组临床总有效率66.67%,低于研究组79.49%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组真菌学有效率46.15%,研究组为51.28%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经治疗,两组治疗后OSI评分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论长脉冲Nd:Yag激光联合伊曲康唑冲击治疗甲真菌病可取得更好的临床效果,但对真菌学有效率无显著提高。

Objective To evaluate the effect of Nd:Yag laser combined with itraconazole in the treatment of onychomycosis.Methods 80 patients with onychomycosis were divided into a control group and a study group with 40 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The control group was given itraconazole treatment,and the study group was given long pulse Nd-Yag laser combined with itraconazole treatment.The clinical efficacy,mycological efficacy and onychomycosis severity index(OSI)were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effective rate of the control group was 66.67%,which was lower than the study group 79.49%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The mycological effective rate of the control group was 46.15%,and the study group was 51.28%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The OSI scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than that of the two groups before treatment,and the OSI scores of the study group was lower than that of the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nd:Yag laser combined with itraconazole can achieve better clinical effects in the treatment of onychomycosis,but the effective rate of mycology is not significantly improved.
