针灸联合加味益气聪明汤治疗椎动脉型颈椎病眩晕患者的效果观察

Observation on the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Jiawei Yiqi Congming Decoction in the treatment of cervical spondylopathy of vertebral artery type

目的探究针灸联合加味益气聪明汤治疗椎动脉型颈椎病眩晕患者的效果。方法将2017年7月~2020年7月收治的90例椎动脉型颈椎病眩晕患者作为研究对象,根据治疗措施的不同分为两组,各为45例。分为单一针灸治疗(对照组)和针灸联合加味益气聪明汤治疗(观察组),比较两组的治疗结果。结果治疗前,观察组与对照组的眩晕评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后与对照组患者眩晕评分(3.65±0.28)分相比,观察组患者眩晕评分(4.66±0.42)分更高(P<0.05);观察组与对照组的临床治疗效果相比,观察组为95.55%高于对照组88.88%,观察组患者椎动脉的血流速度、椎动脉PI、血清总胆固醇含量、血清纤维蛋白原含量均低于对照组患者,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸联合加味益气聪明汤治疗椎动脉型颈椎病眩晕患者可减少眩晕症状,提高临床治疗效果,改善椎动脉内的各项指标,改善临床症状。

Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Jiawei Yiqi Congming Decoction in the treatment of cervical spondylopathy of vertebral artery type.Methods Ninety patients with cervical spondylopathy of vertebral artery type who were treated in our hospital from July 2017 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the different treatment measures,they were divided into two groups,each with 45 cases,and the observation group were given acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Jiawei Yiqi Congming Decoction treatment,the control group with single acupuncture and moxibustion treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the vertigo scores of the observation group and the control group;after treatment,the vertigo scores of the observation group was(4.66±0.42),the vertigo scores(3.65±0.28)of the patients in the control group,the vertigo scores of the observation group were higher;Compared with the clinical treatment effect,the observation group is 95.55%,higher than that of the control group 88.88%.The blood flow velocity of the vertebral artery,vertebral artery PI,serum total cholesterol content,and serum fibrinogen content of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group with statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Jiawei Yiqi Congming Decoction in the treatment of cervical spondylopathy of vertebral artery type can reduce the symptoms of vertebral artery cervical spondylosis,improve the clinical treatment effect,improve various indicators in the vertebral artery,and improve the clinical symptoms.
