复发性霰粒肿患者人体蠕形螨的感染状况及复发危险因素分析

Infection status of demodex in patients with recurrent chalazia and analysis of risk factors for recurrence of chalazia

目的探讨复发性霰粒肿患者人体蠕形螨的感染状况及引起霰粒肿复发的危险因素。方法研究对象选取2019年2月~2020年10月间收治的霰粒肿患者72例,根据是否为复发和初发,将其分为观察组(复发性霰粒肿,36例)和对照组(初发性霰粒肿,36例),分析两组患者人体蠕形螨的感染状况及其可能相关的影响因素。结果激光共聚焦显微镜下,观察组患者眼部人体蠕形螨检出率88.89%(32例)明显高于对照组66.67%(24例)(χ^(2)=5.143,P<0.05);生物光学显微镜下,观察组患者眼部人体蠕形螨检出率77.78%(28例)明显高于对照组52.78%(19例)(χ^(2)=4.936,P<0.05)。结论本研究半数以上复发性霰粒肿患者存在人体蠕形螨的感染,感染人体蠕形螨可造成眼睑炎症,炎症长此以往可致使霰粒肿反复发作。

Objective To investigate the infection status of demodex in patients with recurrent chalazia and the risk factors for the recurrence of chalazia.Methods 72 patients with chalazia admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to October 2020 were selected as objects in the study,and divided into the observation group(recurrent chalazia,36 cases)and the control group(primary chalazion,36 cases)according to whether they were recurrence and initial onset.The infection status of demodex and its possible related factors were analyzed in the two groups.Results Under the laser confocal microscope,the detection rate of demodex mites in the eyes of the observation group was 88.89%(32 cases),which was significantly higher than that of the control group 66.67%(24 cases)(χ^(2)=5.143,P<0.05);Under the biological optical microscope,the detection rate of demodex in the eyes of the observation group was 77.77%(28 cases),which was significantly higher than 52.78%(19 cases)in the control group(χ^(2)=4.936,P<0.05).Conclusion About half of the patients with recurrent chalazia in this study are infected with demodex.Infection with demodex can cause inflammation of the eyelid,and if the inflammation continues,it can cause repeated of chalazion.
