S ince 2020,impacted by multiple factors such as COVID-19 pandemic,great changes have happened to the global economic situation,resulting in increasing uncertainties and instabilities in the international environment.In order to cope with various unfavorable factors,risks and challenges and promote healthy,steady and sustainable economic and social development,it is necessary for China to accelerate the construction of a new development paradigm.
