摘要
文章利用正交设计优化超声辅助提取中药鸦胆子多糖,以鸦胆子多糖提取率为考查指标,对影响提取率的因素进行单因素实验与正交设计试验研究,确定鸦胆子多糖的最佳超声提取条件。实验结果表明:多糖的最佳提取工艺条件为超声时间为80 min,料液比为1∶40 g/mL,甲醇浓度为70%,多糖提取率达到了16.32%。
In this study,ultrasound-assisted extraction of polysaccharides from Brucea javanica was optimized by orthogonal design,and the factors affecting the extraction rate were studied by single factor experiment and orthogonal design,the optimum ultrasonic extraction conditions of polysaccharides from Brucea javanica were determined.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were ultrasonic time of 80 min,the ratio of material to liquid of 1:40 g/mL,and the concentration of methanol of 70%,the extraction rate of polysaccharide was 16.32%.
