摘要
文章以发生在大兴安岭汗马国家自然保护区的一次森林火灾为例,简要分析了林火发生前的气候特征及火灾发生初期、结束时气象要素特征,得出此次森林火灾发生的主要原因是日夜温差较大、高压控制、风力较大、前期降水较少;后期扑火成功主要原因是自治区党委和国家森林草原局的正确领导、广大森林消防兵的不畏牺牲、艰难作战和气象条件的有利转变,也与抓住有利条件实施人工增雨密不可分。
Taking a forest fire that occurred in the Hanma National Nature Reserve in the Greater Khingan Mountains as an example,the article briefly analyzed the climatic characteristics before the forest fire and the characteristics of meteorological elements at the beginning and end of the fire,and concluded that the main reason for the forest fire was the large temperature difference between day and night,high pressure control,high wind force,and less precipitation in the early period;the main reason for the success of fire fighting in the later period is the correct leadership of the Autonomous Region Party Committee and the National Forest and Grassland Bureau,the undaunted sacrifice of the forest firefighters,the difficult combat and the meteorological conditions Favorable changes are also inseparable from the implementation of artificial rainfall enhancement by seizing favorable conditions.
