互联网嵌入对农民创业行为的影响效应研究

Research on the Impact of Internet Use on Farmers’Entrepreneurial Behavior

互联网已经成为了人们日常生活中不可或缺的一部分,那么互联网是如何影响农民创业的呢?文章使用中国劳动力动态调查微观数据验证了互联网使用对农民创业的影响机制。研究结果表明,互联网使用与农民创业行为显著正相关,相比较于雇主型农民创业,互联网对自雇型农民创业行为的影响更显著。此外,研究发现社会资本在互联网使用与农民创业中起中介作用。但以人力资本作为中介变量时,互联网使用对农民创业的作用机制是“互联网使用—(提升)人力资本—促进农民受雇”,而不是促进农民创业。

The Internet has become an indispensable part of people’s daily life,so how does the Internet affect farmers’entrepre⁃neurship?Using the micro data of China Labor Force Dynamic Survey,this paper verifies the impact mechanism of Internet use on Farmers’entrepreneurship.The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between Internet use and entrepreneur⁃ial behavior of farmers.Compared with the entrepreneurial behavior of employer farmers,the impact of Internet on entrepreneurial behavior of self-employed farmers is more significant.In addition,the study finds that social capital plays a mediating role in Inter⁃net use and farmers’entrepreneurship.However,when human capital is used as an intermediary variable,the mechanism of Inter⁃net use on Farmers’entrepreneurship is“Internet use-(enhancing)human capital-promoting farmers’employment”,rather than promoting farmers’entrepreneurship.
