从隐性到显性:人力资本开发推进乡村创业的实现机制

Study on the Mechanism Capital Expansion of the Returning RuralWorkers to Promote the Growth of Entrepreneurship

农民工返乡创业已逐渐成为趋势,但创业成功率却不尽如人意。在创业过程中,返乡农民工所积累的人力资本起着重要作用,因此,本文以人力资本的显化过程作为研究切入点,探寻显化过程中出现的问题,分析如何将返乡农民工的人力资本转化为创业成长的动力。本文对人力资本积累和转化的过程进行了探讨,同时指出基于不同显化结果,创业者会选择不同的创业行为影响创业成长的过程,从而完整构建了人力资本显化作用于创业成长的机制链条。通过上述分析表明,人力资本的显化对于创业成长起着重要作用。因此,要注重人力资本的有效获取和转化过程,通过对各阶段影响因素的分析,从四个主体出发提出建议,探寻将农民工人力资本转化为创业成长动力的途径。

It has gradually become a trend for migrant workers to return to their hometowns to start businesses,but the success rate of business is not satisfactory.In the process of starting a business,the human capital accumulated by returning migrant workers plays an important role.Therefore,this article uses the manifestation process of human capital as a research entry point to explore the problems that arise in the manifestation process and analyze how to return migrant workers to their hometowns.The human capi⁃tal is transformed into a driving force for entrepreneurial growth.The article discusses the process of human capital accumulation and transformation,and points out that based on different manifestation results,entrepreneurs will choose different entrepreneurial behaviors to affect the process of entrepreneurial growth,thus completely constructing the mechanism chain of the manifestation of human capital on entrepreneurial growth.The above analysis shows that the manifestation of human capital plays an important role in the growth of entrepreneurship.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the effective acquisition and transformation of hu⁃man capital.Through the analysis of the influencing factors at various stages,suggestions are made from the four main bodies to ex⁃plore ways to transform the human capital of peasant workers into entrepreneurial growth motivation.
