智力资本、知识产权保护与企业创新绩效——基于高新技术企业的实证研究

Intellectual Capital,Intellectual Property Protection and Enterprise Innovation Performance--Empirical Study Based on High-Tech Enterprises

文章以我国A股上市的751家高新技术企业2012-2017年的相关数据为样本,利用面板负二项固定效应模型和层级回归分析,对智力资本及其要素、知识产权保护与企业创新绩效间的关系进行了实证检验。结果表明:(1)智力资本对企业创新绩效有显著正向影响;(2)智力资本三要素中,结构资本和关系资本显著促进了企业创新绩效;(3)知识产权保护正向调节智力资本与企业创新绩效的关系;(4)智力资本三要素中,知识产权保护增强了人力资本和关系资本提升企业创新绩效的作用。研究结果有助于从知识产权保护角度深入理解智力资本与企业创新绩效的关系,为我国企业合理利用智力资本提升创新绩效提供参考。

Based on the data of 751 A-share listed high-tech enterprises from 2012 to 2017,this paper uses panel negative binomi⁃al fixed effect model and hierarchical regression analysis to empirically examine the relationship between intellectual capital and its elements,intellectual property protection and enterprise innovation performance.The results show that:(1)ntellectual capital has a significant positive impact on enterprise innovation performance.(2)Among the three elements of intellectual capital,structur⁃al capital and relational capital significantly promote enterprise innovation performance.(3)Intellectual property protection posi⁃tively moderates the relationship between intellectual capital and enterprise innovation performance.(4)Among the three elements of intellectual capital,intellectual property protection enhances the role of human capital and relational capital in improving enter⁃prise innovation performance.The results help to understand the relationship between intellectual capital and enterprise innovation performance from the perspective of intellectual property protection,and provide reference for our enterprises to make rational use of intellectual capital to improve innovation performance.
