摘要
教学案例的价值在于实用性。干部教育案例开发的各个环节都必须围绕教学应用展开,只有从源头上进行规范,才能保证案例教学的质量。以教学应用为导向,建立案例开发的评价标准,是实施案例教学的基本前提。结合笔者参与开发的北京市平谷区“街乡吹哨、部门报到”教学案例,本文着重讨论干部教育案例开发过程中的三个重要环节:进行案例典型性分析,确定案例开发价值;按照教学案例写作文体和教学目标要求,撰写教学案例;完善案例教学手册中的“课堂计划”部分,为案例教学提供可操作的路径。
The value of teaching cases lies in their application.Each step of case development of leadership education must be oriented to teaching application,and therefore only the regulation from the source can guarantee the quality of case teaching.The evaluation standards of case development with teaching development as orientation are basic premise to implement case teaching.Based on the teaching case of“Sub-district Whistling,Department Checking-in”of Pinggu District in Beijing with the author as one of the developers,the paper focuses on three important steps of teaching case development:determining the value of case development by case representative analysis;writing the case by following the style of teaching case and the requirements of teaching objectives;and optimizing“Classroom Plan”of Case Teaching Handbook to provide the path of operation for case teaching.
