NaHSO3强化Fe2+/过硫酸盐体系处理铬黑T废水的优化 被引量:1

Optimization of NaHSO enhanced Fe/persulfate system for treatment of eriochrome black T wastewater by response surface methods

摘要 采用亚硫酸氢钠(NaHSO3)强化Fe^(2+)/过硫酸盐(PS)体系降解铬黑T(EBT)。基于单因素实验结果,以Fe^(2+)浓度、NaHSO3投加量和PS浓度作为考察因素,EBT去除率为响应值,采用Box-Behnken响应曲面法建立二次数学模型,分析各因素及其交互作用对EBT降解的影响。在模型优化条件,即Fe^(2+)浓度0.08 mmol/L、NaHSO3投加量0.90mmol/L、PS浓度1.00 mmol/L条件下,预测EBT去除率为93.7%。验证实验平均结果为92.76%,与预测值偏差为0.94%。 Eriochrome black T(EBT) was degraded by strengthening Fe^(2+)/persulfate(PS) system with sodium bisulfite(NaHSO3). Based on single factor experimental results,Fe^(2+) concentration,NaHSO3 dosage and PS concentration were selected as the investigation factors,and EBT removal rate was taken as response value,a quadratic mathematical model was established by Box-Behnken response surface method to analyze the influence of various factors and their interactions on EBT degradation. The optimal condition were Fe^(2+) 0.08 mmol/L,NaHSO3 dosage 0.90 mmol/L and PS 1.00 mmol/L respectively,and the predicted EBT removal rate was 93.7%. The average result of verification test was 92.76%,which had a deviation of 0.94% compared with the predicted value.
