摘要
以电厂镁法脱硫废水为例,提出针对工业废水硼污染物的几种处理方法,进行实际排水的处理工艺试验。结果表明,电絮凝法、活性炭吸附法、多羟基化合物络合沉淀法对硼的去除率不够理想,仅有50%左右;选择性离子交换树脂法和钙矾石结晶共沉淀法可将硼的质量浓度降至1 mg/L以下,但选择性离子交换法树脂再生频繁,结晶共沉淀法污泥量大;铁碳微电解法可实现处理出水硼<1 mg/L目标,且污泥量相对较少,具有较好的处理效果和经济性,在实际工程应用中有一定的参考价值。
Taking magnesium desulfurization wastewater from power plant as an example,several treatment methods were selected for the removal of boron from wastewater.The results showed that boron removal efficiency of electro-coagulation,activated carbon adsorption and polyhydroxy compound complex precipitation was only about 50%.Ion exchange resin method and ettringite crystal coprecipitation were efficient,which could reduce boron concentration to less than 1 mg/L.But the resin needed to be regenerated frequently,and a large amount of sludge was produced by crystallization coprecipitation.Ferric-carbon micro-electrolysis was able to reduce the boron less than 1 mg/L,but also produce less sludge.
