油田采出水一体化处理工艺在新疆油田的应用

Application of integrated treatment technology of oilfield produced water in Xinjiang Oilfield

基于新疆油田采出水处理现状、水质特性及处理要求,开发出油田采出水一体化处理技术,并获得成功应用。系统运行负荷高、处理效果好、药剂消耗少、占地面积小,出水水质达标。基于此技术的成功应用,为新疆油田采出水处理提供了新思路。

Based on the present situation,water quality characteristics and treatment requirements of produced water in Xinjiang Oilfield,an integrated treatment technology for oilfield produced water was developed for the crux of produced water treatment. The technology is successfully applied to the produced water treatment in Xinjiang Oilfield.The system had the advantage of high operating load,good treatment effect,less reagent consumption,small occupation area and the effluent quality up to standard. Based on the successful application of this technology,a new idea of produced water treatment in Xinjiang Oilfield is put forward.
