摘要 细胞毒性T细胞17(Tc17)是近年发现的新型CD8^(+)T细胞亚群,与CD8^(+)T细胞的经典亚群Tc1、Tc2细胞显示强烈不同的细胞毒性,Tc17不表达或低表达细胞毒性,以分泌IL-17为主要特征。近年来研究提示银屑病发病机制中有Tc17细胞的重要参与。最近研究还发现Tc17细胞具有记忆细胞表型,作为银屑病组织常驻记忆T细胞的一部分在治疗银屑病复发中发挥着重要作用。Tc17逐渐成为银屑病发病及复发机制的研究新靶点。本文就Tc17细胞分化、调控、功能及在银屑病发病与复发机制中的进展做一综述。 Tc17 cells are a new type of CD8^(+)T cell subset discovered in recent years. They are different from the classic subgroups of CD8^(+)T cells,Tc1,and Tc2 cells,showing strong cytotoxicity. Tc17 cells do not express or have low expression of cytotoxicity,and their main feature is the secretion of IL-17. Recent studies have suggested that Tc17 cells are involved in the pathogenesis of psoriasis. It was also found that Tc17 cells have the memory cell phenotype and as part of the tissue-resident memory T cells pool in psoriasis,play an important role in recurrence. Tc17 cells have gradually become new targets for the study of the pathogenesis and recurrence mechanisms of psoriasis. This article reviews the progress of Tc17 cells differentiation,regulation,function,and mechanisms of the pathogenesis and recurrence of psoriasis.
