摘要
Hippo信号通路是一条进化上保守的激酶级联反应链,该通路在组织生长发育、内环境稳态和细胞再生等生理过程中起着重要作用。而细胞因子是一组分子量相对较小的、寿命较短的蛋白质或糖蛋白,可诱导细胞的运动、分化、生长和凋亡等。目前研究发现通过调控Hippo信号通路与细胞因子中的关键部分可以影响相关疾病的发生、发展。本文综述了近年来Hippo信号通路与细胞因子的相关研究进展,以期为相关疾病的治疗提供新的启发。
The Hippo signaling pathway is an evolutionarily conserved kinase cascade that plays an important role in physiological processes such as tissue growth and development,homeostasis,and cell regeneration.Cytokines are a group of proteins or glycoproteins with relatively small molecular weight and short lifespan,which can induce the movement,differentiation,growth and apoptosis of many cells.Current studies have found that the regulation of key components of the Hippo signaling pathway and cytokines can affect the development of related diseases.In this review,the recent advances in Hippo signaling pathway and cytokines were reviewed in order to provide new insights for the treatment of related diseases.
