摘要
实验选取了高树和矮树两种杜仲品种,设计了抗1,1-二苯基-2-苦肼基(DPPH)自由基、羟基自由基、超氧阴离子、2,2-联氮-二(3-乙基-苯并噻唑-6-磺酸)二铵盐自由基(ABTS^(+))清除以及总还原力的测定实验,着重研究了不同储存时间、储存方法、加工方式、制备方式对杜仲叶抗氧化能力的影响。结果表明,相对于采摘时间、加工方式、制备方式等因素,杜仲叶的品种更影响抗氧化能力,矮树的抗自由基能力多强于高树。这为研究杜仲茶原料科学拼配及标准化、杜仲产品的深加工提供了技术支撑及新思路。
In this experiment,high tree and dwarfed tree of Eucommia ulmoides were selected,and experiments for anti-2,2-Diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH)free radicals,hydroxyl free radicals,superoxide anions and diammonium2,2’-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonate)(ABTS)^(+) free radical scavenging and total reducing capability determination were designed.It compared the effects of different storage periods,storage methods,and processing as well as preparing ways on the antioxidant capacity of Eucommia ulmoides leaves.The results showed that the variety of Eucommia ulmoides leaves determines the antioxidant capacity more than other factors.The anti-free radical ability of dwarfed trees is much higher than that of high trees.This provides technical support and new ideas for the scientific blending and standardization of raw materials of Eucommia ulmoides tea as well as the further processing of the products.
