Quantum Phase of a Moving Dipole and Berry’s Phase

The quantum phase of a moving dipole as it encircles an infinite line of magnetic charge,recently discovered by Wilkens(Phys.Rev.Lett.72(1994)5),is derived as a special case of Berry’s phase.
