摘要
以某100万t/a焦炉煤气制甲醇项目动力站为例,对锅炉给水泵采用汽动替代电动方案进行探讨及经济性分析,分析表明在有稳定用汽负荷时,宜采用背压式汽动给水泵;采用背压式汽动给水泵替代电动给水泵具有良好的经济性和显著的节能减排效果。
In this paper,an example of a 1 million-ton/year coke oven gas methanol production project power station is given to discuss and economic analysis of the boiler feed water pump using steam turbine driven instead of electric.The analysis shows that when there is stable steam load,the back pressure steam driven feed pump should be adopted;The back pressure turbine driven feed water pump instead of the electric feed pump has better economy and remarkable energy saving and emission reduction effect.
