摘要
蒙古国南部煤电一体项目通过对项目投资机会研究,风险因素识别,权衡各种外部影响和投资风险的利弊,采用定性与定量风险评价方法,提出风险防范措施。论述项目技术方案可行性、电力消纳的市场前景及经济性、投融资合规性、风险防范可控性,项目具有一定的抗风险能力,并探索我国电力行业在境外投资建设的一种有效防风险模式。
The coal-power integrated project in southern Mongolia,through the project investment opportunity research,risk factor identification,weighing the pros and cons of various external influences and investment risks,adopting qualitative and quantitative risk evaluation methods,and putting forward risk prevention measures.Scientifically evaluated the feasibility of the project’s technical solutions,the market prospects and economy of power consumption,investment and financing compliance,and risk prevention and controllability.The project has certain anti-risk capabilities,and explored the overseas investment and construction of China’s power industry.An effective risk prevention model provides a scientific basis for project investment decision-making.
