摘要
在对吐哈盆地台北凹陷胜北区块深层油藏地质岩性特征、水平井施工难点进行分析的基础上,开展了致密砂岩层井眼轨迹优化、水平段安全定向、防塌钻井液体系、抗高温高压随钻测量仪器优选、钻头优选,以及长水平段优快钻井等配套技术的研究。结果表明,采用优化后的深层水平井钻井配套技术的胜北505H井与前期邻井相比,随钻测量仪器故障率降低31%,水平段长度增加69%,水平段平均复杂事故减少11%,油层钻遇率达到97%。该井创造了吐哈油田最深水平井记录,标志着吐哈油田深层致密油藏水平井钻井技术取得了长足进展,对吐哈油田增储上产、探索非常规油藏开发具有十分重要的意义。
Based on the analysis of geological and lithological characteristics of deep reservoir and difficulties in horizontal well construction in Shengbei block of Taibei sag of Turpan-Hami basin,the matching technologies related with tight sandstone formation well trajectory optimization,horizontal section safe orientation,anti-sloughing drilling fluid system,high temperature and high pressure resistance MWD instrument optimization,bit optimization,and long horizontal section fast drilling were studied.The results show that compared with the previous adjacent wells,the failure rate of MWD instruments in Shengbei 505H well with the optimized deep horizontal well drilling matching technology is reduced by 31%,the length of horizontal section is increased by 69%,the average complex accident of horizontal section is reduced by 11%,and the drilling encounter rate of reservoir is 97%.At the same time,Shengbei 505H well is the deepest horizontal well in Tuha oilfield,which indicates that the horizontal well drilling technology of deep tight reservoir in Tuha oilfield has made great progress,and it has a good reference for increasing reserves and production and exploring unconventional reservoir development in Tuha oilfield.
