摘要
提出了一种基于非接触滞环调节器和动态基准调节的自激闭环控制策略,可自动快速响应感应式无线电能传输系统中耦合机构与负载参数的变化,并实现输出电压的精确控制。首先,针对串/串补偿感应式无线电能传输系统,提出基于动态基准调节的自激控制策略。然后,引入相移时间参数描述动态基准的变化,详细分析了动态基准对自激振荡频率与输出电压增益特性的影响,并给出输出电压调控的单调区间与可调输出电压限值。进一步,提出了基于过/欠压状态信息反馈的非接触滞环调节器实现方案,将其与基于动态基准调节的自激控制相结合,实现了输出电压的闭环调节。最后,搭建了一台80 W实验样机,验证了理论分析的正确性与所提控制策略的优越性。
This paper proposes a self-oscillating closed-loop control strategy based on the contactless hysteresis regulator and dynamic reference modulation,to achieve automatic and quick response to variations of the load parameter and the coupling mechanism in an inductive wireless power transfer system,and realize the precise output voltage control.First,the self-oscillating control strategy based on the dynamic reference modulation for the inductive wireless power transmission system with series/series compensation is proposed.Then,the phase shift time parameter is introduced to describe the variation of the dynamic reference,and the influence of the dynamic reference on the self-oscillating frequency and the output voltage gain characteristic is analyzed in detail.The monotonic interval of the output voltage regulation and the limitation of the adjustable output voltage are presented.Furthermore,this paper proposes an implementation scheme of the contactless hysteresis regulator based on the information feedback of the overvoltage/undervoltage status.By combining the proposed contactless hysteresis regulator with the selfoscillating control based on the dynamic reference modulation,the closed-loop regulation of the output voltage is realized.Finally,an 80 W experimental prototype is built to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis and the superiority of the proposed control strategy.
