摘要
消化系统肿瘤是严重威胁人类生命健康的一类疾病。大量研究发现艾迪注射液联合化疗、放疗等其他疗法治疗消化系统肿瘤效果明显,可有效地改善患者的生存质量,降低不良反应的发生率,提高临床安全性和延长生存期。艾迪注射液抗肿瘤机制可能与其抑制肿瘤细胞增殖和侵袭、促进凋亡、调节自噬、增强免疫功能、逆转耐药性以及抑制肿瘤血管新生有关。该文从治疗方案、临床优势及治疗机制3个方面综述了艾迪注射液联合其他疗法治疗消化系统肿瘤的研究进展,可为艾迪注射液联合其他疗法治疗消化系统肿瘤提供新思路。
Gastrointestinal cancer is a serious disease endangering human life and health.A large number of studies have found that Aidi injection combined with chemotherapy,radiotherapy and other therapies are effective in the treatment of gastrointestinal cancer and effectively improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,improve clinical safety and prolong survival period.The anti-tumor mechanism of Aidi injection may involve inhibiting tumor cell proliferation and invasion,promoting apoptosis,regulating autophagy,enhancing immune function,reversing drug resistance and suppressing tumor angiogenesis.This article reviews the advances of Aidi injection combined with other therapies on the treatment of gastrointestinal cancer from three aspects,including treatment plan,clinical advantages and treatment mechanism.The review can provide new ideas for Aidi injection combined with other therapies on the treatment of gastrointestinal cancer.
