基于中医传承辅助系统的骨结核中药处方规律研究

A study on the medication rules of TCM prescriptions for bone tuberculosis based on TCMISS

目的:基于中医传承辅助平台(Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System,TCMISS)软件分析治疗骨结核的中药内服处方并提取其用药规律。方法:在维普科技、中国知网、万方数据以及中华医典等数据库中检索并提取有关中医药治疗骨结核相关文献中的中药处方,并按照设定的纳入标准筛选出满足要求的方剂,通过TCMISS软件进行处方录入和建立数据库,分析处方中药之间的用药相关规律。结果:共收集168个处方,合计285味中药,并对其进行综合归纳解析,推算数据库中各种中药的用药频次和不同中药之间的关联规则,演算得到10个核心组合和5条新处方。结论:治疗骨结核中药的使用以补气血、调阴阳和祛邪生新止痛药为主,此研究经统计获得的核心组合及新处方对临床治疗骨结核具有一定的参考意义和指导作用。

Objective:The TCM prescriptions for bone tuberculosis were analyzed by TCMISS software,and its medication rules were extracted.Methods:The TCM prescriptions for bone tuberculosis in the related literatures in the databases of VIP technology,CNKI,Wanfang data,the Chinese Medical Dictionary and so on were retrieved.The prescriptions that met inclusion criteria were selected,and were entered into TCMISS software to establish a database,then the medication rules were analyzed.Results:A total of 168 prescriptions were collected,with 285 TCM medicines.Comprehensive analysis was performed.The frequency of TCM medicines and the association rules between TCM medicines were calculated,and 10 core combinations and 5 new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion:The TCM prescriptions for bone tuberculosis is mainly analgesics with the functions of invigorating Qi(气)and blood,regulating Yin(阴)and Yang(阳),and eliminating pathogenic factors.The core combinations and new prescriptions obtained in this study have certain reference significance and guidance for the clinical treatment of bone tuberculosis.
