孙彬教授运用丹参饮加减治疗胃络瘀阻型慢性胃炎的临床观察

Treating gastric collaterals obstructed type of chronic gastritis with the Danshen decoction by Professor Sun Bin

目的:探索丹参饮加减治疗胃络瘀阻型慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:选取符合纳入标准的胃络瘀阻型慢性胃炎的门诊患者78例,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组39例。观察组口服丹参饮中药汤剂,对照组口服泮托拉唑,疗程均为4周。对比两组患者治疗前后的临床疗效、胃镜下病理结果、中医证候积分、胃泌素和胃蛋白酶原I水平及服药后不良反应。结果:观察组治疗后胃疼、胃胀症状较对照组明显好转,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组患者经治疗后反酸、烧心、恶心、呕吐、嗳气、纳差、乏力等症状均较前减轻,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的电子胃镜表现分较治疗前下降,且观察组好转程度高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组胃泌素、胃蛋白酶原I下降水平均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比两组服药后不良反应发生率,观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丹参饮治疗胃络瘀阻型慢性胃炎疗效显著,可以有效改善患者的临床症状、体征及胃镜下表现,且不良反应较小。

Objective:The clinical effect of the Danshen decoction(丹参饮)on gastric collaterals obstructed type of chronic gastritis was studied.Methods:78 cases were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,39 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with the Danshen decoction,and the control group took pantoprazole orally.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.Results:The symptoms of stomachache and gastric distension in the observation group were ameliorated significantly after treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).After treatment,the symptoms of acid regurgitation,heartburn,nausea,vomiting,ructus,poor appetite and fatigue in the groups were all alleviated,and the total efficiency in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the performance scores of electronic gastroscopy in groups was lower than before treatment,and the degree of ameliorated in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The reduction levels of gastrin and pepsinogen I in the treatment group were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Danshen decoction is effective on gastric collaterals obstructed type chronic gastritis,can effectively ameliorate the clinical symptoms,and performance scores of electronic gastroscopy of the patients,and with fewer adverse reactions.
