针灸配合康复疗法治疗中风偏瘫的可行性分析

An analysis of treating apoplexy hemiplegia by acupuncture plus rehabilitation therapy

目的:阐述中风偏瘫患者采取针灸联合康复疗法治疗的具体方法,并对临床疗效予以分析。方法:抽选中风偏瘫病患139例进行随机分组,对照组采取常规药物治疗,观察组在其基础上联合针灸、康复疗法治疗,观察比对两组临床总疗效,评估比对各组患者治疗前后神经功能、运动功能、感觉功能、平衡能力、自理能力变化差异。对比两组患者治疗后肌力、肢体活动幅度情况。结果:此次观察组临床总疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者入院时神经、运动等功能较为相近(P>0.05),通过治疗后得以改善,观察组患者神经功能评分、运动功能评分、感觉功能评分、平衡能力评分、自理能力评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者肌力优于对照组,上肢、下肢活动角度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中风偏瘫患者采用针灸、康复训练联合方法治疗效果明显,能够促进患者神经、运动等功能恢复,值得推广且大范围运用。

Objective:To analyze the efficacy of acupuncture with rehabilitation therapy on stroke hemiplegia.Methods:139 patients were randomly divided into groups.The control group was treated with conventional medicine,and the observation group was treated by acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy more.Results:The total clinical efficacy in the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The neurological function score,motor function score,sensory function score,balance ability score,and self-care ability score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the observation group(P<0.05).The muscle strength in the observation group was better,and the movement angle of upper and lower limbs were greater than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture plus rehabilitation therapy on stroke hemiplegia shows obvious effects,which can promote the recovery of nerve and motor functions,is worthy of promotion and wide application.
