龙牡壮骨颗粒治疗维生素D缺乏性佝偻病的临床研究

A clinical study on treating vitamin D deficiency rickets with the Longmu Zhuanggu granules

目的:探讨龙牡壮骨颗粒治疗维生素D缺乏性佝偻病的临床效果。方法:选取维生素D缺乏性佝偻病患儿74例,依照入院先后顺序将其分为参照组与治疗组,每37例,予以参照组患儿碳酸钙D3颗粒治疗,治疗组采用龙牡壮骨颗粒实施治疗。比较两组患儿治疗前后的血清生化指标情况(血清骨钙素、血清钙、骨碱性磷酸酶、1,25-双羟维生素D)、不良反应发生率、治疗总有效率。结果:治疗前,两组患儿血清骨钙素、血清钙、骨碱性磷酸酶、1,25-双羟维生素D对比无差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组患儿的上述指标明显优于治疗前,治疗组显著优于参照组,差异显著(P<0.05);参照组患儿不良反应发生率明显高于治疗组,差异显著(P<0.05);两组患儿治疗总有效率,组间对比具有显著差异(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后骨密度(Bone Mineral Density,BMD)水平高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:龙牡壮骨颗粒治疗维生素D缺乏性佝偻病的临床应用效果显著,能够有效缓解患儿的临床症状,降低不良反应的发生率,极具安全性。

Objective:To explore the clinical effects of the Longmu Zhuanggu granules(龙牡壮骨颗粒)on rickets from vitamin D deficiency.Methods:74 cases were divided into the reference group and the treatment group according to the order of admission,37 cases for each.The reference group was given calcium carbonate D3 granules,and the treatment group was treated with the Longmu Zhuanggu granules.Results:After treatment,the serum osteocalcin,serum calcium,bone alkaline phosphatase,1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D in the groups were obviously better than before treatment,and those in the treatment group were significantly better than the reference group,with significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the reference group was significantly higher than the treatment group(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the total efficiency between the groups(P<0.05).The BMD level in the treatment group after treatment was higher than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Longmu Zhuanggu granules show a significantly clinical effect on rickets from vitamin D deficiency,which can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of children,reduce adverse reactions,and is extremely safe.
