城市总体规划实施视角下的上海城市更新特征研究

A Study of the Characteristics of Urban Regeneration in Shanghai from the Perspective of the Implementation of the Master Plan

在存量发展背景下,城市更新已成为实施城市总体规划的重要手段。文章以上海两版城市总体规划的编制和实施为载体,总结上海城市更新的举措与成效。在此基础上,指出上海的城市更新始终与城市不同阶段的需求同步,融入城市规划、建设、管理的各项工作当中,经历了从理念走向实践、从无意识推进走向主动作为的过程,在不同发展阶段展现出不同的特征。

Under the background of stock development,urban regeneration has become an important means to implement the urban master plan.Based on the compilation and implementation of two editions of the master plan of Shanghai,this paper summarizes the measures and effects of urban regeneration in Shanghai.On this basis,it points out that Shanghai’s urban regeneration has always been synchronized with the needs of different stages of the City’s development,integrated into the work of urban planning,construction and management,and experienced the process from concept to practice,from unconscious promotion to active action,showing different characteristics in different stages of development.
