Three Scene Expressions of the Concept of Sharing in Community Renewal Design In the Example of Shanghai

社区更新设计呈现出新的趋势,共享理念成为其中的一种方法与形式动力,催生了新的设计场景和手法。文章分析研究了上海社区更新的9个案例,归纳出社区更新设计中,共享理念的三种场景表达:边界场所的建构、交通空间的复合、配套设施的兼容。通过视线、停留、交往和衍生功能的组织,促进了社区空间的共享性,丰富了社区更新设计手法。信息技术和个人移动终端的使用,也增强了共享性的实现,由此对社区更新产生新的影响。

There has been a new trend in the community renewal design.Sharing has become an important concept,giving birth to new design scenarios and techniques.This paper analyzes nine cases of community renewal in Shanghai and summarizes three scene expressions of the concept of sharing in community renewal:the construction of boundary place,the composite of traffic space,and the compatibility of supporting facilities.Through the organization of sight,stay,communication,and derivative functions,it promotes the sharing of community space and enriches the design methods of community renewal.The application of information technology and mobile devices also enhances the feasibility of sharing concept.Hence,the concept of sharing is having a new impact on community renewal.
