地铁车站刚柔结合注浆堵漏加固治理研究——以北京地铁12号线穿越5号线车站为例

摘要 以北京地铁12号线穿越5号线和平西桥站结构裂缝及漏水病害整治为例,重点分析了地铁结构产生裂缝的原因,提出了一种刚柔结合注浆加固堵漏治理方案,使车站结构二衬与初支之间形成一道闭环柔性防水帷幕,初支背后形成一道刚性防水帷幕,有效阻断渗漏水源,对结构病害进行治理。刚性防水可为柔性防水创造施工条件,柔性防水能防止结构变形后刚性防水开裂失效,满足变形要求。采用该方式进行治理后,经近2年的实际验证,加固及堵漏效果显著,有效地控制了病害的发展,为今后同类病害治理提供了参考,具有推广及指导意义。 Taking the treatment of structural cracks and water leakage at Heping Xiqiao Station of Beijing Metro Line 12 crossing Line 5 as an example,the paper focuses on the analysis of the causes of cracks in the subway structure,and puts forward a rigid and flexible grouting reinforcement and plugging treatment scheme,so that a closed loop flexible waterproof curtain is formed between the second lining of the station structure and the primary support,and a rigid waterproof curtain is formed behind the primary support,which can effectively treat the water leakage and strengthen the structural disease.Rigid waterproof can create construction conditions for flexible waterproof,flexible waterproof can prevent the structural deformation of rigid waterproof cracking failure,to meet the deformation requirements.After using this method for treatment,the practical verification for nearly two years shows that the reinforcement and plugging effect is remarkable,and the development of the disease is effectively controlled.It provides a reference for the treatment of similar diseases in the future,and has the significance of popularization and guidance.
