火电厂承包商智慧安全管控系统研究与应用

Research and Application of Intelligent Security Control System for Thermal Power Plant Contractors

为解决火电厂对承包商安全管控中存在的现实问题,根据国家、行业、集团、分公司等对承包商安全管控的法律法规和政策要求,以进一步加强承包商安全管控为建设目的,进行了基于火电厂承包商智慧立体化安全管控系统的研究与应用。通过此研究和应用,重点解决承包商安全管控的事前预防、事中控制、事后追溯,实现对承包商入场手续办理、现场工作监管等进行全方位安全管控;通过安装全景高点位摄像头、红外成像摄像头、移动摄像头,接入低点位摄像头,使视频监控覆盖电厂全景,高低视频联动,实现现场施工安全的监控、报警、预警。

To solve the practical problems that exist in the power plant to the contractor’s security controls,according to the national,industry,group,division of contractor safety control laws,regulations and policies of the requirements,to further strengthen the construction of the contractor’s security controls for the purpose,this paper carries on the research and application of the intelligent multi-dimensional security control system based on the thermal power plant contractor.Through this research and application,it focuses on the prevention in advance,control in the event and retroactive of the contractor’s security control,so as to realize the all-around security control of the contractor’s admission procedures and on-site work supervision.Through the installation of panoramic high point camera,infrared imaging camera,mobile camera,and access to the low point camera,the video monitoring covers the panorama of the power plant,and the linkage of high and low video,to realize the monitoring,alarm and early warning of site construction safety.
