摘要
在对某公路软岩大跨度特长隧道地质资料综合分析和现场调研的基础上,采用机械化配套技术与合理的施工组织管理,实现了隧道各施工工序的紧密衔接,使施工效率得到大幅度提升,并在隧道工程施工中对突发安全事故起到预防作用,减少了隧道施工不确定的危险源对人身造成的伤害,有利于隧道施工中的安全防范与安全管理,减少了质量管理环节,实现了施工质量从管理人员操作到直接管理机械设备操作的过渡。机械化施工减少了洞内施工人员数量,降低了作业人员的劳动强度,有效保护从业人员的职业健康。本研究可为后续隧道工程快速安全施工提供参考。
On the basis of comprehensive analysis of geological data and on-the-spot investigation of a large-span extra-long tunnel in soft rock of a highway,mechanical matching technology and reasonable construction management are adopted to realize the close connection of each construction procedure of the tunnel,so that the construction efficiency has been greatly enhanced,and it plays a preventive role in the construction of tunnel engineering,reduces the risk of uncertain tunnel construction sources to the personal injury,it is beneficial to the safety prevention and safety management in tunnel construction,reduces the quality management link,and realizes the transition of construction quality from management personnel operation to direct management of mechanical equipment operation.The mechanized construction reduces the number of construction workers in the cave,reduces the labor intensity of the workers,and effectively protects the occupational health of the workers.This study can provide reference for the rapid and safe construction of the follow-up tunnel engineering.
