摘要
铝模工艺拥有较多的优点,并在住宅工程中得到广泛应用,但在现场加工的便捷性弱于传统木模,较难应对建筑立面上的改变。论文以南昌市某住宅项目为例,阐述了运用铝模工艺的前提下,外立面有间隔多层设置的水平板时的模板支撑装置和施工技术,该技术能有效保证工期、精度和安全性,可供类似工程借鉴。
Aluminum mold technology has many advantages and is widely used in residential projects,but the convenience of on-site processing is weaker than traditional wooden molds,and it is difficult to cope with changes in building facades.Taking a residential project in Nanchang as an example,the paper expounds the formwork support device and construction technology when there are horizontal plates with multi-layer intervals on the facade under the premise of aluminum mold technology.This technology can effectively ensure the construction period,accuracy and security can provide a reference for similar projects.
