Research on the Architect Responsibility System Under the Mode of EPC

简述了工程总承包模式下,建筑师负责制的特点与内涵,分析了建筑师负责制的优缺点,并重点分析了建筑师负责制下,以设计管理为核心的项目管理内容与策略,以期为国内建筑师在工程总承包业务中的管理工作提供参考。

This paper briefly describes the characteristics and connotation of the architect responsibility system under the EPC mode,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the architect responsibility system,and focuses on the analysis of the content and strategy of project management with design management as the core under the architect responsibility system,in order to provide reference for domestic architects in the management of the EPC business.
