Factors Influencing the Cost of Comprehensive Pipe Gallery Project of Hebei Road in Yongxing

综合管廊作为市政管线的重要载体,兼备集约性和科学性的优点,将市政管线统一入廊,改变了以往地下管线敷设错综复杂、毫无秩序的局面,有效消除了“马路拉链”“空中蜘蛛网”等诸多城市弊端,已成为现代城市公用设施的重要组成部分。在管廊建设中,如何合理控制项目投资造价,对推进管廊建设具有重要的作用。论文结合永兴河北路管廊工程,对其造价构成进行了分析,同时,对比了不同管廊项目的投资指标,总结了综合管廊工程造价的影响因素。

As an important carrier of the municipal pipeline,the comprehensive pipeline corridor has the advantages of both intensiveness and science.It unifies the municipal pipeline into the corridor,changing the complicated and disorderly situation of underground pipeline laying in the past,effectively eliminate"the Road Zipper""cobwebs in the air"and other urban abuses,it has become an important part of modern urban public facilities.In the construction of pipeline and corridor,how to realize the construction policy of"safe and applicable,economical and reasonable,advanced technology,convenient for construction and maintenance",and how to reasonably control the investment cost of the comprehensive pipeline and corridor project,will play an important role in promoting the construction of pipeline and corridor.Combined with the project of Yongxing Hebei Road Pipe Corridor,this paper analyzes its cost structure,compares the investment indexes of different pipe gallery projects,and summarizes the influencing factors of the cost of comprehensive pipe gallery project.
