借助有效的工程管理和质量控制,可以切实保障房屋建筑工程的施工质量,促进施工单位经济效益提高。但从目前来看,在房屋建筑工程管理和施工质量控制中,存在着不少问题,如现场管理混乱、质量管理难度大、施工材料缺陷等,影响了房屋建筑的施工效果,需要相关单位采取有效措施和方法对这些问题进行解决,切实提高房屋建筑工程管理与施工质量。论文简要介绍了房屋建筑工程管理与施工质量管理的作用,对房屋建筑工程管理与施工质量管理存在的问题进行分析,并提出这些问题的解决对策,以供参考。

With the help of effective project management and quality control,the construction quality of housing construction can be practically guaranteed,and the economic benefit of the construction unit can be improved.But for now,in the housing construction project management and construction quality control,there are a lot of problems,such as site management confusion,quality management is difficult and construction material defects,which affect the effects of housing construction,need to related units to take effective measures and methods,to solve these problems,effectively raise the quality of housing construction project management and construction.This paper briefly introduces the function of housing construction engineering management and construction quality management,analyzes the existing problems of housing construction engineering management and construction quality management,and puts forward the countermeasures to solve these problems for reference.
