Policy Research on Promoting the Integration of Regional Cultural Creative and Design Services with Science and Technology Industry

我国文化创意和设计服务与科技产业融合经过近十年的培育和发展,已经进入了快速发展期,但仍然存在文化与科技两张皮,产业融合想象力不够,市场成果转化、无形资产评估、行业标准和支持政策不配套等问题。因政府管理与导向对产业发展有巨大的引导作用,文章从管理层理念更新、融合理念及思路激发、行业标准规范、投融资平台建设、发挥区域优势等角度探讨政府扶持政策和办法。

After nearly a decade of cultivation and development,the integration of cultural creativity and design services and science and technology industry in China has entered a period of rapid development,but there are still some problems hinder this process,such as the gap of culture and science and technology,the lack of imagination of industrial integration,cultural achievements marketization,the evaluation of intangible assets,industry standards and supporting policies.Because the government management and guidance have a huge guiding function in industry development,this paper discusses the government support policies and methods from the perspectives of management concept updating,integration concept and ideas stimulating,industry standards and norms,investment and financing platform,and regional advantages.
