中华民族传统文化博大精深,随着现代设计工作者对东方文化元素的深入研究,越来越多的现代产品设计成功融入了中国传统文化元素,这种民族化的设计风格逐渐引领着设计的潮流。在设计中如何将传统的文化元素转化为符合当下人审美品位的首饰和佩戴用品成为新的研究课题。文章从鸟虫书的历史发展脉络、构字方式展开研究,分析几种与之相似的图形符号语言及其现代化创新的视觉形式,对鸟虫书于首饰设计中的应用研究提供了新的拓展方法。

With continuing research of the broad and profound Chinese traditional culture by the modern artists,an increasing number of art works are also influenced by Chinese culture elements.The jewelry design involving Chinese culture elements is becoming a new trend.Thus,it is also an interesting research topic about how to combine the traditional elements with daily jewelry and accessories to match people's aesthetic interests.The paper aims to provide research methods by analyzing the following topics:development of Bird and Insect Script,character structure,similar pictographic characters and modern innovative visual forms,Bird and Insect Script integrated in jewelry design.
