摘要
文章针对传统养老服务体系存在服务质量低下,工作效率滞后等问题,设计出一种新型的智能化养老服务体系。该体系应用SWOT矩阵方法分析出智能化养老服务存在的优点、缺点,并挖掘出潜在威胁,通过住户对服务的评价得分,分析出影响住户感受的因素,输出养老改造服务信息,结果是本研究的智能化养老服务中各个服务类型的平均星级为4.3星,采用传统的人工养老服务评级为3.8星,大大提高了评价结果。通过试验,本研究设计养老服务方案的养老院的居住人数每个季度的居住人数增长约2%,提高了用户体验。
Aiming at the problems of low service quality and lagging work efficiency in the traditional elderly care service system,a new type of intelligent elderly care service system is designed.The system uses the SWOT matrix method to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of intelligent elderly care services,and tap the potential Threats,through the evaluation scores of the residents on the services,analyze the factors that affect the residents'feelings,and output information on the elderly care reform services.The result is that the average star rating of each service type in the intelligent elderly care services in this study is 4.3 stars,using traditional artificial elderly The service rating is 3.8 stars,which greatly improves the evaluation results.Through experiments,the number of residents in nursing homes designed for the elderly care service plan in this study increased by about 2%every quarter,which improved the user experience.
