“双创”背景下闽台文创设计人才培养策略探析

Research on Cultivation Strategy of Cultural Creative Design Talents in Fujian and Taiwan under the Background of"Innovation and Entrepreneurship"

新世纪以来我国文化创意产业发展繁荣,文创设计人才需求井喷。但各高校文创教育水平参差不齐,存在亟待解决的实际问题。文章结合"双创"背景和产业需求,从教育发展水平、人才结构、校企合作等方面审视剖析了当下文创设计人才的培养现状,并提出要扎根本土、实现优秀民族文化活态传承、借力"互联网+"新媒体、提升文创设计人才的创新创业能力培养、提高设计成果落地转化意识、加强文创赛事等教学效果检验环节、加强对设计领域知识版权保护的引导等策略,为推动闽台文创设计教育的健康发展贡献力量。

Since the beginning of the new century,China’s cultural and creative industry has developed and prospered,and the demand for Cultural Creative Design talents has exploded.However,there are some practical problems that need to be solved urgently due to the imbalance of educational level among universities.Based on the industry demand,this paper examines and analyzes the current situation of the cultivation of creative design talents in the following context from the aspects of education development level,talent structure and school-enterprise cooperation.Paper proposes strategies such as to play its characteristics and achieve outstanding national culture inheritance,use"Internet+"new media,promote the creative ability training of talents,improve the design results transformation,increase design competition,strengthen the guide of design domain knowledge copyright protection etc.in order to promote the development of Fujian and Taiwan culture and design education.
