医护四手操作模式在结直肠息肉内镜下切除术的应用效果

Efficacy of"Doctor-Nurse Four Hands Manipulation"Mode Applied in Endoscopic Resection of Colorectal Polyps

为探讨医护四手操作模式在结直肠息肉内镜下切除术(EMR)中的应用效果,选择拟行结直肠息肉EMR治疗的160例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各80例,对照组接受单手操作模式治疗,观察组接受医护四手操作模式治疗,比较2组单颗息肉切除时间、手术时间、黏膜下注射一次性成功率、圈套器切除一次性成功率、钛夹封闭一次性成功率及医师满意度。结果显示,观察组单颗息肉切除时间、手术时间均短于对照组,P<0.05。2组钛夹封闭一次性成功率比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;但观察组黏膜下注射一次性成功率、圈套器切除一次性成功率均高于对照组,P<0.05。观察组医师满意度评分高于对照组,P<0.05。结果表明,医护四手操作模式下行结直肠息肉EMR,手术操作更精准,而且可加强医护配合,缩短手术时间,提高医师满意度。

This study was to investigate the efficacy of"doctor-nurse four hands manipulation"mode applied in endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR)of colorectal polyps,randomly didvided 160 patients to be subject to EMR into control group(80 cases,adopted"single hand manipulation"mode)and observation group(80 cases",doctor-nurse four hands manipulation"mode);then,compared both groups’following items such as the time for single polyp resected,the primary succuss rate of submucosal injection,the primary success rate of snare resection,the primary scuccess rate of titanium clip closure,and doctor’s satisfactory degree.As results,in the time for single polyp resected,and operating;in the primary success rate of submucosal injection and snare resection;and in the doctor satisfactory degree,observation group was respectively shorter,higher and higher than contral group(all,P<0.05).Results show that"doctor-nurse four hands manipulation"mode applied in EMR of colorectal polyps makes operative manipulation more accuracier,cen strengthen doctor-nurse corrdination,shorten operating time,and enhance doctor’s satisfactory degree.
