城市文明典范塑造的路径——以深圳市龙华区“奋斗文化”为例

Research on Path of Shaping Urban Civilization——Taking“Fighting Culture”in Longhua District of Shenzhen as an Example

塑造现代城市文明典范是党和国家赋予深圳的重大使命。以先行示范区龙华为例,我们通过调研、座谈、文献归纳和比较分析,研究奋斗文化产生的根源及塑造奋斗型人文城区的政策路径。研究结果表明:奋斗文化是龙华区建区以来精神文明别开生面的生动写照,与特区精神一脉相承。奋斗文化具有一定的根植性和理论基础,其产生具有必然性,其构建和重塑具有可行性和必要性。奋斗文化及人文城区建设须党建引领、政府指导、科技治理;须紧扣奋斗文化特点、人口及年龄特点、经济社会特点;须丰富理论研究、素材挖掘、舆论宣传。以奋斗文化打造奋斗型人文城区是探索建成区域性的现代城市文明典范的正确路径。

Shaping a model of modern urban civilization given to Shenzhen by party and state which was suc⁃cessfully reflected in Longhua District.Based on field research,discussion,literature induction and com⁃parative analysis,this paper researched the origin of the fighting culture and the policy path to shape the struggle-oriented humanistic city.Results showed that fighting culture was a vivid portrayal of the spiri⁃tual civilization,which had a certain grassroots foundation and theoretical basis,and its emergence was in⁃evitable,and its construction and reshaping were feasible and necessary.However,fighting culture and the construction of a humanistic city must be led by party building,government guidance,scientific and techno⁃logical governance;and closely follow the characteristics of struggle culture,population and age charac⁃teristics,and economic and social characteristics;and enrich theoretical research,material mining,and public opinion propaganda.what could be confirmed was that building a struggling humanistic city with fight⁃ing culture was the correct way to explore a model of regional modern urban civilization.
