本文主要研究了改革开放以来在港澳的粤资窗口企业的建立和发展对国有企业改革的意义、影响过程与作用。结合当前中国经济发展的现实背景,提出借鉴改革开放时期在港澳的粤资窗口企业的建立和发展经验,更好地促进国有企业改革。

The thesis mainly studies the significance,influence process and effect of the development of Guangdong-funded window enterprises in Hong Kong and Macao since the reform and opening up to the reform of state-owned enterprises.Combined with the current background of China's economic development,it is pro⁃posed to learn from the establishment and development experience of Guangdong-funded window enterprises in Hong Kong and Macao during the reform and opening up periodits to better promote the reform of state-owned en⁃terprises.
